About Us:
Tri-Valley Fence Works is a leading provider of high-quality fencing solutions, specializing in residential and commercial installations. With a reputation built on craftsmanship, reliability, and exceptional customer service, we are looking for a motivated Salesman/Project Manager to join our team.
Position Overview:
As a Salesman/Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple fencing projects daily, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. This role combines sales, project management, and customer service, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with clients and crews to deliver top-notch results.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Project Management:
Oversee multiple projects per day, ensuring crews are prepared, jobs are lined out, and work is completed to standard.
Job Kickoff & Walkthroughs:
Meet with clients and crews each morning to review project details, expectations, and timelines.
Issue Resolution:
Handle any on-site concerns, changes, or challenges to ensure smooth execution.
Final Walkthrough & Closeout:
Conduct final job inspections with clients, ensuring satisfaction before collecting final payments.
Sales & Lead Management:
Manage multiple pre-qualified leads per day, meeting potential clients, providing estimates, and closing deals.
Office Check-Ins:
Report to the office every morning to review schedules, updates, and upcoming projects.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in sales and/or project management (construction, fencing, or related field preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address on-site issues proactively. Self-motivated and organized, with a results-driven attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (company truck provided).
