Full-Time About Us We are a wholesale distributor specializing in commercial gates, access control and security systems, and garage door products. We support contractors, installers, property managers, and dealers with quality products and exceptional service. Position Summary We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Pleasanton. This position is responsible for maintaining relationships with current and past customers, responding to customer requests, processing orders and quotes, and handling warranty verification for Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs). The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email throughout the day. Responsibilities Follow up with current and past customers to maintain relationships and generate sales opportunities. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. Prepare customer quotes and process sales orders. Provide product information and pricing on commercial gates, security products, access control systems, and garage door products. Review and process RMA requests. Verify warranty eligibility for returned products according to manufacturer guidelines. Coordinate with vendors and customers regarding warranty claims and product returns. Track and update customer information in company systems. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and RMA status. Provide excellent customer service by resolving questions and concerns in a timely manner. Assist customers with product availability, lead times, and order status updates. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous inside sales, customer service, counter sales, or wholesale distribution experience preferred. Strong phone, email, and interpersonal communication skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities throughout the day. Experience with security, access control, gate, garage door, construction, or related products is a plus.
