Commercial Construction Sales Consultant Commercial Sales Representative -
Turnkey Precast Wall Systems Pay:
[$75,000 - $85,000] per year base [+ commission]

Field-based across California, reporting to our [Pomona] office Required Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction, building-material, technical, subcontractor, or project sales experience A measurable record of prospecting, relationship development, proposals, and closed revenue Comfort reading plans and specifications and discussing scope with contractors and project stakeholders Strong qualification, margin judgment, written communication, follow-up, and forecasting discipline CRM or structured pipeline experience; the platform can be learned, the discipline cannot Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the assigned territory Preferred Precast, concrete, fencing, masonry, building products, sitework, landscape products, civil construction, waterworks, fire protection, or related construction sales Existing relationships with general contractors, homebuilders, developers, public works, utilities, architects, engineers, or municipalities Bid tracking, estimating, takeoffs, plan-room systems, Bluebeam, Procore, or comparable tools The Role Concrete Fence Installers is hiring a commercial sales representative to develop and close turnkey precast wall opportunities across California. The role serves general contractors, developers, builders, municipalities, public agencies, and commercial owners. It requires a hunter who can build relationships, understand construction documents, qualify bids, coordinate estimates, protect margin, and maintain a disciplined pipeline through award and handoff. What You'll Own Create new relationships and opportunities in defined commercial target segments Track projects, bid lists, procurement portals, plan-room activity, and target accounts Review plans, specifications, addenda, bid deadlines, site conditions, and scope boundaries at a sales-qualification level Separate materials-only opportunities from turnkey CFI opportunities and route them correctly Coordinate estimating and internal reviews for qualified pursuits Present proposals, follow up with decision makers, negotiate within authority, and close work Maintain accurate stages, values, probabilities, next steps, close dates, and forecasts Deliver a complete, accepted handoff to the project team after award What You Can Expect to Earn Base salary plus commission, per the written commission plan.
