Must be sales and goal oriented and have the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills and possess a strong work ethic. The Inside Sales Representative must also have superb organizational and time management skills. Identify new business opportunities and maximize revenue by fielding incoming calls, generating new leads, following up on existing prospects and supporting assigned Regional Sales Managers, where applicable

BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Consistently meet or exceed monthly and special product forecasts. Making daily calls to dealers to obtain orders, present product specials, training dealers in all aspects of Cal Spas and create harmonious relationships. Prospect for new dealers through the use of cold calling, following up with publication & online leads and other manufacturer's dealer lists & websites. Follow up with dealer inquiries by phone & email by using customer service skills and product knowledge. Track, monitor daily, weekly and monthly performance.
