•30.00 per hour, depending on directly relevant experience The Opportunity American Precast Concrete Inc. and Concrete Fence Installers Inc. are growing, and our inbound lead volume is increasing. We are hiring a Sales Administrator who can become the professional first point of contact for prospective customers and keep every opportunity moving to the right person without delay. This is not a passive front-desk role. You will handle inbound calls and web inquiries, have productive conversations, answer approved product questions, document project details in HubSpot, qualify the opportunity, and coordinate a clean handoff to Sales, Estimating, Project Management, Operations, or another department. Your work will allow our sales representatives to spend more time building relationships, creating new opportunities, and closing qualified projects. What You Will Own Answer inbound sales calls professionally and return missed calls quickly during business hours. Respond to website inquiries, emails, and other new lead sources with urgency. Ask structured discovery questions to understand the customer, project, location, timeline, and requested solution. Capture complete, accurate notes and required fields in HubSpot on the same business day. Identify whether the request is for APC materials-only supply or CFI turnkey installation. Collect core scope information such as project address, linear footage, wall height, product or texture, gates/openings, plans, schedule, permitting status, terrain, retaining conditions, site access, and decision-maker information. Answer standard product, process, and next-step questions using approved APC/CFI information and sales materials. Route qualified opportunities to the correct sales, estimating, technical, project, operations, or accounting owner. Schedule discovery calls, site conversations, and follow-up tasks when appropriate. Follow up on incomplete inquiries and ensure no viable lead is lost because of poor response or documentation. Maintain clean contact, company, and deal records and ensure every active opportunity has an owner, next step, and date. Support weekly reporting on response time, lead volume, qualification, routing, and open follow-ups. What Success Looks Like Customers receive a professional, helpful response and know exactly what happens next. Inbound leads are entered, qualified, and routed accurately without dropped handoffs. Sales and estimating receive usable information instead of incomplete call messages. Our sales team gains more time for outbound prospecting, strategic accounts, relationship development, proposals, and closing.

HubSpot reflects reality:

every opportunity has complete notes, a clear owner, a next step, and a due date. Required Qualifications Two or more years of experience in sales administration, customer service, inside sales support, dispatch, project coordination, or another high-volume phone and documentation role. Excellent verbal communication and active-listening skills; able to lead a structured conversation without sounding scripted. Strong written communication, grammar, note-taking, and data-entry accuracy. Comfort handling frequent calls, interruptions, follow-ups, and changing priorities while staying organized. Experience using a CRM or comparable customer-tracking system. Reliable follow-through and a strong sense of urgency. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to work on-site at 1143 W. 2nd St., Pomona, CA 91766, during the scheduled hours. Preferred Qualifications HubSpot experience. Experience in construction, building materials, manufacturing, home improvement, fencing, concrete, estimating support, or project-based sales. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Experience reviewing project plans, drawings, takeoffs, or construction terminology. Experience coordinating between sales, estimating, operations, and customers. Important Boundaries You will not make engineering claims or interpret structural requirements without technical validation. You will not promise pricing, discounts, lead times, production dates, permitting outcomes, or installation schedules without approval from the responsible department. You will use approved product information and escalate questions when accuracy matters more than speed. About
