If you are driven, coachable, and comfortable performing live, this role is for you. The Role As an On Camera Sales Specialist, you are responsible for driving revenue through live selling. You are the face of the show. You control the energy. You influence the outcome. This is not passive selling. This is real-time performance. Responsibilities Go live and sell products on camera Present products clearly, confidently, and accurately Explain condition, value, and features in real time Engage viewers and maintain strong energy throughout the show Create urgency and drive purchasing decisions Control pacing and flow of the live show Adjust quickly when engagement or sales slow down Operate independently with minimal direction Support team energy and overall show performance What We're Looking For Strong communication and on-camera presence Ability to hold attention for extended periods Fast thinking and adaptability under pressure Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced environment Self-motivated and consistent Open to feedback and able to improve quickly Experience in sales, retail, or live selling is helpful but not required. Experience watching live selling shows is highly preferred. Compensation Performance-based Earnings increase based on output, consistency, and results.
