Sales Representative

We're seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to proactively identify and engage with customer prospects. You'll be responsible for delivering tailored solutions that drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and overall profitability. Responsibilities Sell in-stock inventory from local warehouses to small retailers, mom-and-pop stores, small wholesalers, and institutions across the U.S. Drive sales growth by engaging with chain supermarkets, large wholesalers, and distributors in the North, Central and South America market—offering both in-stock products and OEM/ODM custom order solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships across diverse customer types. Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention. Actively generate leads through emailing, cold calling, networking, and market research and customer sourcing. Achieve and exceed established sales targets and performance benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and fulfillment. Provide regular reports and feedback to sales management regarding customer needs and market opportunities. Experience, Skills Minimum 2 years of proven success in field sales. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Solid experience using MS Office and CRM/BRM tools. Skilled in building and maintaining professional client relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Able to tailor solutions and presentations to meet customer needs. Open to feedback with a continuous improvement mindset.

Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
