HVAC Sales Representative (1099 Independent Contractor) JT Mechanical Services is seeking a motivated and self-driven Sales Representative to help grow our HVAC business. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential and commissions of up to 10% per sale. Responsibilities Generate and develop new residential and commercial HVAC sales opportunities. Meet with potential customers to evaluate their heating and cooling needs. Present HVAC system replacement, installation, and service solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Follow up on leads and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Work closely with management and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer communications. Qualifications Previous sales experience preferred (HVAC, construction, home services, or related industries is a plus). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Professional appearance and attitude. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Ability to generate leads and close sales.
