Position Overview Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join their client's dynamic team in California. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a track record of success in developing and maintaining client relationships. The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding the company's market presence. Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and sales consultations.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract execution.
Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
Approximately 5 years of successful sales experience preferred.
Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
Experience selling services is strongly preferred.
Experience in Real Estate/Title industry preferred, not required.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Work Environment & Schedule
This is an outside sales position requiring travel within the assigned territory.
Position is classified as exempt and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Standard workweek is typically 40 hours; however, attendance at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions may occasionally require additional hours.
Weekly hours may periodically exceed 40, but are generally expected to remain below 50 hours per week.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, based on experience and qualifications.
