About the Role As a Driver Helper with the Delivery service provider company, you will assist Delivery Associates in safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers. Helpers ride alongside drivers on designated routes, supporting package loading, delivery, and organization throughout the day. This is an active, fast-paced role ideal for individuals who enjoy teamwork, being outdoors, and working in a supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist the driver in loading packages into the delivery vehicle and organizing them for efficient access. Support timely and accurate delivery of Amazon packages to residential and business locations. Help ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintain package handling safety standards. Follow all safety procedures and DSP/Amazon delivery policies. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Assist with returning undelivered packages and completing end-of-day procedures. Requirements Minimum 21 years of age . Must have a valid State ID or U.S. Passport (driver's license not required). Able to pass a background check and drug screening . Ability to lift up to 50 lbs , bend, reach, and walk for extended periods. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Schedule & Pay Starting pay: $18/hour , OT Available Shifts typically range between 8-10 hours per day , including weekends and holidays as needed.
