GIVN Inc. delivers face-to-face fundraising, community engagement, and brand-awareness campaigns at events and promotional locations throughout San Diego. This is an in-person, public-facing position. Work is performed at event and promotional locations; this is not a remote, office-based, or door-to-door position. Position Summary GIVN Inc. is seeking enthusiastic and professional Community Outreach & Fundraising Representatives to support charitable campaigns and create a positive donor experience. In this full-time position, you will engage with members of the public, explain the charitable organization's mission, answer questions, and assist interested supporters in completing donations. The position combines fundraising, customer service, brand representation, public education, and donor retention. It may be a good fit for someone who enjoys interacting with people, communicating clearly, and working toward individual and campaign performance standards. Key Responsibilities Engage professionally with members of the public at events and promotional locations Educate potential supporters about the charitable organization and its mission Explain donation options clearly and accurately Help interested individuals complete the donation process Deliver a positive, respectful, and professional donor experience Support donor retention by providing accurate information and setting clear expectations Represent GIVN Inc. and its campaign partners with integrity Follow all fundraising, privacy, payment-processing, and conduct requirements Maintain accurate records of supporter interactions and completed donations Participate in paid training, team meetings, and ongoing development Work collaboratively toward individual and campaign performance standards Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable initiating conversations with members of the public Professional, dependable, and receptive to coaching Able to explain information clearly and accurately Strong customer-service mindset Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Available to work full-time, Monday through Friday, at locations throughout San Diego Previous experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, hospitality, community outreach, or brand representation is helpful but not required Compensation Base pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour for all hours worked Eligible employees may also earn performance-based bonuses Employees who earn a bonus typically receive approximately $400-$650 per week Bonus eligibility and amounts are determined under the applicable written bonus plan and may be based on one or more factors, including the quality, consistency, and volume of verified fundraising results Bonuses are not guaranteed and may vary by employee and measurement period What We Offer Hourly base pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities Paid training and ongoing coaching Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule Opportunities for increased responsibility and professional development A collaborative, performance-focused work environment Work Environment This is an active, public-facing position performed at event and promotional locations throughout San Diego.
