• SAP Production Interface for Forecasting/Planning/Price Application/PO Processing (Production Control)
• Record and trace all shipments for Direct/VMI (Logistics Interface)
• Customer Interface for Support Items (Logistic, Forecast, Billing, Inventory, Clarification, etc.)
• Weekly Volume/Revenue/VMI Pull Monitor and Tracking
• RMA Tracking and Maintenance
• Central Filing
• Legal, PO/Invoicing, Customer Documentation
• General Preparation and Coordination
