JOB DESCRIPTION FOR OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

The Outside Sales Representative responsibilities will include attracting new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers Develop sales and marketing strategies to grow market share Work closely with branch personnel to nurture sales leads Provide technical support and logistics support to customers Maintain up-to-date electronic sales pipeline (Salesforce software) Foster a spirit of superior customer service and mutual respect among coworkers Reports to the Director of Sales

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

: 3 years of Outside Sales Experience Excellent communication skills with strong follow-through Strong sense of urgency with work Bi-Lingual (Spanish) is preferred Polished interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team or independently Organized and effective time management skills Ability to plan and prioritize Consistent positive attitude Strong work and personal ethics Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
