Job Description

Job Description Generate new business opportunities while growing existing customer relationships by providing technical support and commercial expertise to expand ADM Animal Nutrition's business within the assigned territory (Mindoro). Your Responsibilities Execute sales and marketing strategies as directed by management. Provide technical support to customers through scheduled visits and on-call assistance. Monitor sales performance of dealers, sub-dealers, and end users within the assigned territory, ensuring sales targets are achieved. Ensure the consistent availability of ADM Animal Nutrition products in the assigned territory and uphold compliance with the Minimum Retail Price (MRP) policy. Monitor product quality, performance, and merchandising at retail outlets and customer sites. Document customer feedback or product concerns and report them promptly to the immediate supervisor and relevant departments. Identify and develop new retail outlets and points of sale (POS), while actively driving farm conversion initiatives to increase market share. Organize and participate in veterinary missions, technical seminars, store openings, sales caravans, and other demand-generation activities. Attend meetings, conferences, workshops, and training sessions to stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices. Prepare and submit reports accurately and on time as required by management. Carry out additional projects and responsibilities assigned by the District Sales Manager or Regional Sales Manager. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in the performance of duties. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field. Experience in technical sales, preferably within the animal nutrition, livestock, veterinary, or feed industry. Well-organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
