State Street Trading Post is a curated marketplace on State Street featuring makers and vintage sellers — think vintage furniture, thoughtfully sourced clothing, and one-of-a-kind finds. We're looking for Sales Leads who bring genuine enthusiasm for what we do and delivers the kind of high-end, attentive customer service that makes people want to come back. Must be able to work full-time, and be comfortable leading a Sales Team. What we're looking for: Must be able to work Full-Time This is a Managerial Position - previous retail experience is required A real passion for vintage furniture, design, fashion, and supporting small/independent businesses — this isn't just a retail job to you, it's something you actually love Prior customer service or retail experience required Someone warm, personable, and genuinely excited to help customers discover pieces they'll love Comfort engaging with a wide range of customers and vendors in a fast-paced, ever-changing shop environment Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in how the shop looks and feels What you'll do: Greet and assist customers with a high-touch, knowledgeable approach to service Help customers navigate our vendor collections and find pieces that fit their style Maintain the shop's presentation — merchandising, tidiness, and vendor booth upkeep Support day-to-day operations: opening/closing, point of sale, light inventory tasks Represent the spirit of State Street Trading Post — curated, welcoming, and a little bit special Support sales staff and report directly to Store Manager If you love vintage treasure hunts, believe in supporting local makers, and get excited talking to people about design, we'd love to hear from you.
