$35,500 to $200,000 + The Sales Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.06, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit. Depending on job performance, the Sales Consultant compensation ranges from $35,500.00 to $200,000 +.
