Builds customer relationships, supports sales growth, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the metals industry Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer skills Excellent negotiation and closing skills Respond promptly to incoming sales calls and customer inquiries Prepare and provide accurate pricing quotes and product availability Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently Identify, understand, and anticipate customer needs and requirements Maintain strong knowledge of pricing guidelines and current market conditions Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and goals Conduct outbound follow-up calls on quotes and customer inquiries Research and develop new sales leads to expand business opportunities Attend and participate in sales meetings and training Support operations personnel where possible
