About us Club Pilates is a small business with locations in Saratoga and San Jose, CA. We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to help each individuals to reach their fitness goals and perform better on their daily actives.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement Sales Process:
Learn and implement the Sales Process to schedule prospects into Intro class and with the goal of converting them to members before they leave from the intro class
Administrative Duties:
Assist with front desk tasks, including answering phones, scheduling classes, and managing member accounts. Contact all prospects/leads to schedule Pilates classes and enroll them into a membership
Drive Membership Sales:
Proactively engage with potential members, provide information about our classes and membership options, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
Achieve Sales Goals:
Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the studio manager and instructors to ensure a seamless experience for all members.
Studio Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and tidy studio environment by performing regular cleaning tasks, including wiping down equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing equipment to ensure that the studio and common areas are presentable and hygienic at all times.
Qualifications:
Sales Experience:
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Customer-Focused:
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
Excellent Communication:
Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Motivated:
Self-driven and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organized:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Flexible:
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the studio and its members.
Fitness Enthusiast:
A genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
