As Visual Merchandising Lead you will deliver excellence in guest experience through visual presentation and standard, delivering an inspiring shopping experience in which our guests feel inspired and empowered to customize their space. You will promote the Ballard Designs brand at every guest encounter and ensure your stellar team exemplifies brand values, standards, and experiences. Your leadership will manage company programs, increase sales and set your store to exceed all expectations. You will report to the Store Leader. Where You'll Work This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Solana Beach, California, location daily. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. What You'll Do A clear understanding of company visual merchandising standards and concepts Work collaboratively on floor sets, window display planning, and replenishment of inventory to create an extraordinary guest experience Be the sales supervisor and oversee daily activities as scheduled by management to ensure floor coverage and goal awareness Provide relevant performance feedback to the management team based on observation of the store team What You'll Bring 3+ years of experience in the specialty retail industry, but not required Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for floor-set execution Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 50lbs Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, and POS systems. Additional physical requirements may be required i.e. climbing ladders. #
