As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, customer service, customer engagement, and enrollment while representing AT&T Fiber solutions. No previous sales or telecommunications experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support to help you learn the role and feel confident working with customers. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative Speak with customers to learn about their internet, connectivity, and service needs. Introduce customers to AT&T Fiber Internet, Wi-Fi, All-Fi Pro, Smart Home connectivity, and available service options. Explain products, promotions, pricing, and service features in a simple and helpful way. Assist customers with new account enrollment, upgrades, and available services. Answer customer questions and provide friendly support throughout the enrollment process. Follow up with customers and work toward individual and team sales goals.
