We are currently hiring a Junior Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Temecula. What You'll Be Doing Prospecting local California businesses by phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person outreach Speaking with business owners, executives, and office managers Booking HR consultation meetings for senior team members Learning California HR and compliance fundamentals Managing activity and follow-ups inside our CRM Attending networking events and business functions Following structured sales scripts and outreach processes Participating in roleplaying, coaching, and ongoing training sessions Building referral relationships with local business professionals This role is heavily focused on outbound business development and relationship-building.
