We are currently hiring a Junior Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Temecula. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is highly motivated, coachable, competitive, and looking to build a long-term career in sales, business development, leadership, or entrepreneurship. You do not need years of sales experience to succeed here. What matters most is attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and the ability to handle rejection while continuing to improve. What You'll Be Doing Prospecting local California businesses by phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and in-person outreach Speaking with business owners, executives, and office managers Booking HR consultation meetings for senior team members Learning California HR and compliance fundamentals Managing activity and follow-ups inside our CRM Attending networking events and business functions Following structured sales scripts and outreach processes Participating in roleplaying, coaching, and ongoing training sessions Building referral relationships with local business professionals This role is heavily focused on outbound business development and relationship-building.
