Outside Sales & Community Outreach Representative HYO Martial Arts - Temecula, CA HYO Martial Arts is looking for an outgoing, energetic, and confident person who enjoys meeting new people and is comfortable approaching local families in person. This is a community-based outside sales position focused on introducing families to HYO Martial Arts, promoting our trial programs, and generating new student enrollments. Our martial arts school is located inside Vail Headquarters in Temecula, a family-friendly shopping center with many parents and children visiting throughout the week and on weekends. We are looking for someone who can take advantage of these high-traffic times by actively speaking with families and inviting them to experience HYO Martial Arts. What You'll Do Approach and speak with parents and families outside the martial arts school Introduce HYO Martial Arts and explain our children's programs Promote free trial classes and our 2-Week Intro Program Invite interested families to schedule a trial class Help generate new student enrollments Distribute flyers and promotional materials Promote special events, birthday parties, and seasonal programs Participate in local community outreach and events Keep track of interested families and leads Represent HYO Martial Arts in a friendly, positive, and professional way Compensation This is a commission-based outside sales position . Earn $39 for each 2-Week Intro Program enrollment you generate When a student you bring in becomes a regular member, earn an additional commission equal to one full month of that student's tuition No guaranteed base salary Earnings are based on successful enrollments and sales performance This position can be a great opportunity for someone who is motivated, confident, and enjoys earning based on results. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: Are 18 years or older Are outgoing and comfortable approaching people you do not know Enjoy talking with parents, children, and families Have strong communication and people skills Are friendly, energetic, and confident Are self-motivated and results-driven Are comfortable standing, walking, and working outdoors Can work independently without constant supervision Are available during busy family traffic times, especially evenings and weekends Are dependable and professional Experience in sales, promotions, brand ambassador work, retail, hospitality, customer service, event promotion, fitness, or martial arts is helpful, but not required.
