Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Torrance, CA. This role is ideal for a motivated inside sales, customer service, or sales operations professional with experience supporting order management, customer accounts, inventory coordination, and manufacturing or distribution workflows. The Inside Sales Representative will play an important role in ensuring accurate order processing, timely customer communication, and smooth coordination between customers, distributors, manufacturing teams, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, manage order entry, and maintain accurate records using ERP systems and internal business applications.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, shipment updates, order modifications, cancellations, and fulfillment activities with manufacturing and internal teams.
• Prepare and update sales orders, purchase orders, customer quotations, pricing proposals, forecasts, and account records.
• Respond to customer, distributor, and internal inquiries by phone and email while providing timely and professional support.
• Monitor customer inventory levels, support replenishment planning, process RMAs, and investigate shipment discrepancies.
• Generate weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and operational reports while supporting distributor programs and administrative sales activities. Compensation and Benefits

• Minimum 3 years of inside sales experience.
• Experience using ERP systems and web-based business applications.
• Strong customer service, account management, and follow-up skills.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Ability to learn new systems, adapt to changing priorities, and coordinate effectively across departments. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, electronics, distribution, or similar environment.
• Experience with demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, or replenishment support.
• Previous experience supporting distributors, contract manufacturers, or supply chain operations.
• CRM system experience.
