Job Overview Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales/Order Taker to join our growing team in the Food & Beverages industry. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction, expertly managing incoming orders while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You'll engage with a diverse range of customers, including restaurants, cafes, and retail outlets, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system.
• Engage customers proactively to recommend products and drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders or products.
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers based on their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database.
• Manage inventory queries and ensure timely updates on product availability.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their orders and service received. Requirements
• Must be able to speak Hindi. Candidates who also speak Gujarati, Punjabi or English are strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in inside sales, order taking, or customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal/convincing skills to build rapport with customers.
• Must be comfortable with PCs and able to learn CRM and order management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage orders accurately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer service.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
