This role focuses on helping customers understand AT&T wireless plans, internet options, and service upgrades, and guiding them through enrollment based on their needs. No prior experience is required—training is provided. As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will connect with customers interested in AT&T services and help officiate the enrollment process and troubleshoot any necessary account problems. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with customers face to face and who can provide outstanding customer service. What You'll Do as an Entry Level Sales Representative•

AT&T:

Work directly with customers face to face to explain AT&T wireless, internet, and mobility options Help customers compare plans, promotions, and service bundles Support enrollment, account updates, and service changes Provide clear, friendly customer support in a fast-paced environment Learn sales fundamentals, product knowledge, and customer communication skills Maintain accurate customer notes and basic sales tracking Work closely with the team to improve customer experience and performance Entry Level Sales Representative•
