Role Requirements for a Entry Level Sales Representative Drive in-store engagement by welcoming customers, identifying their needs, and recommending Frontier services that align with their usage and budget. Guide customers through service setup, ensuring accurate documentation, account activation, and a seamless sales onboarding experience. Resolve inquiries with professionalism and clarity, helping customers understand their service plans, billing, and upgrade options. Maintain record accuracy by logging customer interactions, service milestones, and account updates to support campaign visibility and compliance.
