The Role As a Sales Representative , you'll work directly with homeowners to educate them on solar and energy-saving solutions. This is a field-based role where you manage your own territory, schedule, and pipeline. You'll be responsible for creating conversations, delivering in-home presentations, and closing deals using a proven sales process. What You'll Be Doing Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach Educate homeowners on solar energy and cost-saving options Deliver tailored in-home consultations and presentations Build and manage a local book of business Generate referrals through strong customer relationships Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals What You'll Gain Personal Growth Resources
