We are looking for an experienced Swimming Pool Designer & Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners, create custom 3D pool designs, prepare permit-ready construction plans, and guide customers from the initial consultation through the sale. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners to discuss project goals, budgets, and design ideas. Create custom 3D swimming pool and backyard designs . Prepare complete construction plans suitable for building permit submittals. Present designs, proposals, and estimates to prospective customers. Guide customers through design selections and project options. Follow up on leads and close sales. Coordinate with project managers and construction staff after the sale. Conduct site visits and take field measurements. Maintain customer records and sales pipeline. Stay current on pool design trends, construction methods, and equipment. Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of swimming pool design and sales experience. MUST have experience creating professional 3D pool designs using Pool Studio, Structure Studios (VIP3D), or similar software. MUST have experience preparing permit-ready construction plans and plan sets for residential swimming pools. Strong understanding of swimming pool construction methods, equipment, hydraulics, and local building requirements. Excellent sales, presentation, and customer service skills. Strong computer skills and experience with design software. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience obtaining permits and working with local building departments. Experience estimating residential pool construction projects. Knowledge of outdoor kitchens, patios, fire features, and landscape design.
