Join the team at Courtyard Woodland Hills in a role that puts you at the heart of the hotel's guest experience and revenue engine. Split your week between supporting our Sales team (24 hours)---building relationships with corporate clients, coordinating bookings, and helping drive business---and welcoming guests at our Front Desk (16 hours), where first impressions are everything. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and wants hands-on exposure to both the sales and guest services side of hospitality--ideal for anyone building a career toward hotel management or hospitality sales! We are pleased to announce a wonderful opportunity for a Sales Coordinator . What will you be doing most days? Initiate and follow up on leads for your market segment Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and/or the Sales Manager Work collaboratively with the entire hotel team to make sure all sales efforts are coordinated and complementary What are the requirements for this position? You are action oriented You have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills You have a valid driver's license or ID You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
