Job Description
Triage & Enrollment Coordinator Job Summary Supports Medicare sales and enrollment activities by triaging incoming calls, assisting prospective members, completing telephonic applications, and entering accurate information into internal systems. This role provides administrative and sales support in a call center environment and collaborates with sales teams and other departments to ensure timely, accurate service. Responsibilities Answer and respond to incoming calls from prospective members. Identify potential sales calls and route non-sales calls to the appropriate department. Make outbound calls to qualified leads and follow up on missing information. Coordinate administrative requests for the sales team. Enter accurate and timely information into designated systems. Provide administrative and sales support as needed. Complete telephonic applications using approved scripts and procedures. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and appropriate responses. Navigate multiple applications and systems to locate information and complete processing tasks efficiently. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong computer and data-entry skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively. Spanish language proficiency required. Ability to follow approved scripts and enrollment procedures. Ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism in a high-volume call center environment. Skill Call center experience. Customer service experience. Sales support or healthcare experience. Computer and systems navigation. Data entry and administrative coordination. Summary Qualification High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Spanish. Strong computer knowledge and ability to navigate multiple systems. Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
