Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage key roles (Heads of R D, Innovation Leads, VPs of Tech, CTOs) within Chemicals & Materials, Pharma, Finance, and Industrial verticals.
- Map account structures within target enterprise organizations to identify key decision-makers and technical champions.
- Manage inbound inquiries, qualifying leads against predefined criteria before scheduling discovery calls.
- Conduct initial qualification calls to understand prospective clients' current computational challenges, quantum readiness, and business objectives.
- Maintain clean account, lead, and activity data within CRM and outbound enablement platforms.
- Partner closely with Strategic Account Executives to align on target account strategies and execute Account-Based Marketing pushes.
- Work alongside Quantum Applications Engineers and Solutions Architects to prepare appropriate context and pre-meeting intel before handing off qualified leads.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of tech sales development or business development experience (SDR/BDR) in quantum computing, enterprise software (SaaS/PaaS), high-performance computing, deep tech, or scientific software.
- Curiosity and ability to quickly grasp deep tech concepts (e.g., computational chemistry, optimization, simulation, or quantum computing) and convey their business relevance.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfortable reaching out to technical leaders and executive decision-makers.
- Proven track record of cold outreach execution, handling objections, and meeting quota for qualified meetings booked.
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with sales stack tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
- Coachable, persistent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly innovative deep tech environment. \n \n $105,092

Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive Eligible- Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable The pay range for this role is $105,092
