In-House Sales Representative

Grasshopper's Mermaid (TGM) is a woman-owned and operated company & is looking for 1 full time punctual employee who is flexible with their availability. TGM is a wholesale manufacturing company based in Castle Rock, CO. We produce art driven souvenir products for our customers on a national level. Base pay is $22/hour with additional commission paid. Duties/Expectations Include (but are not limited to): knowledge of Quickbooks online is a plus, but not required reliable transportation to get to work but also to ship orders, run errands, check on accounts, etc. opportunity for paid travel proactively checking on pre-existing accounts by cold calling, emailing client lists delivering tailored presentations to highlight previous orders or new products following up on orders recently delivered to check product quality, safe delivery, etc. tracking and reporting on sales metrics (calls, revenue, etc) to provide feedback and overall buying trends and seasonal needs Required Skills and Qualifications (but are not limited to):

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills for negotiating, presenting and building rapport.

Result-Oriented:

A driven, self-motivated mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Product Knowledge:

Ability to quickly learn and articulate the technical or functional aspects of company offerings.

Education/Experience:

Typically a bachelor's degree in business or related field, though experience in sales is often more critical.
