We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Representative to join our Colorado Springs office and help prospective clients take the next step toward finding a meaningful relationship. This is a face-to-face, consultative sales position . You will meet individually with prospective clients in our office, learn about what they are looking for in a partner, explain how our personalized matchmaking service works, and guide qualified prospects toward becoming members. What You'll Do Meet one-on-one with prospective clients in a professional office environment Conduct engaging, conversational consultations to understand each person's relationship goals, lifestyle, values, and expectations Present and explain our personalized matchmaking membership options Identify the prospect's needs and determine which membership is appropriate Build trust and establish strong rapport with potential clients Answer questions and address concerns throughout the consultation Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale Close new memberships and accurately complete enrollment paperwork Follow up with prospective clients when appropriate Maintain a professional, welcoming, and positive experience for every client Work closely with the local team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process into the matchmaking experience Schedule This is an in-office part-time position with a consistent weekly schedule:

25 hours per week Compensation $23,400 annual base salary 10% commission on sales Part-time position with the opportunity to earn additional income through successful sales performance What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A confident and persuasive communicator Comfortable conducting one-on-one sales consultations Experienced in closing sales and handling objections Naturally personable and able to quickly establish trust Motivated by both helping people and achieving sales goals Comfortable discussing personal and relationship-related topics with professionalism and discretion A strong listener who can identify a client's needs and tailor a recommendation accordingly Organized, dependable, and professional Comfortable asking for the sale Sales Experience Previous experience in consultative sales, membership sales, high-ticket sales, inside sales, recruiting, hospitality, financial services, luxury services, or another relationship-driven sales environment is a plus. The ability to connect with people, build trust, and confidently guide a conversation toward a purchasing decision is more important than having experience in the matchmaking industry. Why This Role?
