Salary :

$53,539.20 - $69,305.60 Salary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. As a Sales Support Specialist, your impact is vital. You will support team collection goals by assisting with donor recruitment efforts and engaging blood drive coordinators to maximize participation, with a strong emphasis on acquiring first-time donors. While this role does not typically carry individual collection goals, you may assume responsibility for a territory when providing extended coverage. Engage blood drive coordinators to increase donor participation and retention. Assist with donor recruitment initiatives, including outreach to first-time donors. Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity using established systems. Support special projects and assist with training and onboarding of new and existing staff. Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, external regulations, and software usage standards. Collaborate with field teams and cross-functional partners to support operational success

Requirements and Preferences:
Required:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or Healthcare Administration), or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid in-state driver's license required.

Preferred:

Minimum of one year of related experience in a sales, healthcare, or donor recruitment environment. Prior sales experience, particularly in customer facing or outreach roles.
