Position Overview:
Clearnetworx is looking for a highly disciplined and outgoing individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative. In this position, you will be responsible for selling our Fiber Internet service to residential customers and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The ability to stay motivated without supervision, accept rejection gracefully, and proactively plan the day are all skills that will ensure success. The opportunities for growth and promotion are widely available. Training is provided and the first 30 days, at minimum, are spent as a Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Door to Door prospecting for new customers. Explain services and benefits expertly and sign up interested parties. Follow up and expertly communicate with generated leads Make use of mobile and web-based software to track activities and performance metrics. Collaborate within a team to improve processes and tactics Participate in weekly meetings. Utilize set processes and scripts to maximize effectiveness Attend community events as needed
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the telecommunications, internet services, or technology sectors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build rapport quickly. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to drive sales conversions and close deals successfully. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Fiber Internet technology and its advantages will be advantageous. A demonstrated ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the designated territory as required.
