This position is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow into a full-cycle sales role within the security industry. The ideal candidate will assist with outbound prospecting to general contractors, property managers, business owners, and incoming leads while learning how to perform site walkthroughs, build proposals, and close projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations to showcase security, surveillance, and access control solutions to potential customers. Handle outbound and inbound sales calls while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, proposals, and follow-up communication within our CRM system. Prepare proposals, quotes, and system recommendations based on customer needs. Follow up consistently with leads and work to close deals while achieving sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property managers, contractors, and business owners. Identify opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs and future growth. Confidently present solutions, overcome objections, and close sales by providing value and building trust with customers. Communicate clearly and professionally while actively listening to understand customer concerns and project requirements. Problem-solve in real time and provide practical recommendations during customer interactions and walkthroughs. Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while managing multiple leads and projects. Utilize CRM platforms and sales tools to manage pipelines, track opportunities, and maintain organized communication.Qualifications:
Strong communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Professional appearance and attitude Good driving record Sales experience preferred, but not required Outbound, Sales, Lead Generation, Cold Calling Experience is a plusCompensation & Benefits:
