This full-time role is designed for motivated individuals who want to build a long-term career in insurance sales. You will work closely with an experienced team, develop product knowledge, strengthen your sales and client relationship skills, and help clients protect what matters most through personalized insurance solutions.

Compensation:

Base salary: $45,000 annually.

Variable compensation:

Eligible for a commission plan targeting 50% of base salary; commissions depend on individual performance.

Estimated total annual compensation:

Typically ranges from $70,000 to $90,000
