$55,000 - $150,000 per year The application window is expected to close on September 15th, 2026 The Portfolio Advisor leads the customer retention strategy while ensuring an extraordinary client experience. The Portfolio Advisor performs outreach, consults with the customer about their current ownership or lease status, and reviews available options to trade-in, purchase or lease a new vehicle. •Portfolio advisors may perform the below duties for leased cars only, pre-owned vehicles only, or both, depending on store and portfolio•
Responsibilities:
Perform outreach to portfolio customers to explore potential trade-ins, lease options, new vehicle options or to discuss their equity position. Build rapport and nurture relationships with customers through personalized communication channels including phone calls, email, or messaging. Schedule personalized consultation appointments with customers. Conduct thorough evaluations of customer's current vehicles, including service histories, Carfax reports and use of valuation tools, in order to determine vehicle value and upgrade options. Guide customers through the vehicle selection process and financing/leasing options, facilitating a seamless transition to a new vehicle. Thoroughly explain financing or leasing terms, options and offer financial protection packages to enhance the ownership experience. Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales/leasing process, delivering exceptional service and support. Generate required documentation for the vehicle purchase/lease. Collaborate with sales, financial and title teams to complete accurate transactions. Maintain accurate records of appointments, client interactions, sales/lease activities or protection package enrollments.
Requirements:
Automotive sales experience required with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients. Knowledge of automotive finance, protection packages, and dealership operations preferred. Must be self-motivated with an ability to manage and organize time and activities.
Able to use/learn to use:
dealer DMS system, Microsoft Office Products, Google Suite and other software products as required. High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident. Must possess and maintain a valid driver license. Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must hold a current State of Colorado sales license or have the ability to obtain a license as required by the State of Colorado.
