Job Description

Position:
Storm Restoration Sales Specialist Company:

Compensation:
W-2 employee Draw against the commission compensation structure Typical first-year earnings: $75,000-$100,000+ Uncapped earning potential
Primary Responsibilities:
Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, relationship development, networking, and referrals. Conduct residential roof and exterior inspections following hail and wind events. Educate homeowners regarding storm damage and the insurance restoration process. Perform periodic job site visits to maintain customer communication, verify project progress, and support successful project completion. Manage customer relationships from initial inspection through project completion. Maintain activity and production standards established by the company. Coordinate effectively with project management and office staff to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely records in the company's CRM, including lead activity, inspections, customer communications, project updates, and sales pipeline information.
Performance Expectations:
Minimum 150 doors per week. Consistent networking and referral generation activity. Target production of approximately $85,000 per month in signed contracts. Maintain accurate records and follow up throughout the sales process. Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required to meet customer needs.

Experience Requirements:
Roofing experience not required. Prior construction sales experience. Candidates with backgrounds in athletics, military service, coaching, construction, project management, or customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability and willingness to climb ladders and access residential roofs. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to walk neighborhoods and prospect consistently.
Success Factors:
Consistency, discipline, resilience, coachability, and the ability to build trust are more important than roofing experience. Strong organizational skills and consistent CRM usage are required for success.
