We are committed to providing homeowners, builders, and contractors with innovative solutions that enhance curb appeal while offering unmatched protection and low maintenance. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships with contractors, builders, distributors, and homeowners across Colorado and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for the building products industry. Key Responsibilities Prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities with contractors, builders, and distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers to drive repeat business and referrals. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to showcase TruLog siding solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within established company guidelines. Manage a sales pipeline and report progress regularly to leadership. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and market opportunities. Represent TruLog at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
