Outside Sales Representative

Nuisance Wildlife Control Job Details Position Type:

Full Time Job/work location(s): Multiple locations

PM Mountain Time Compensation:

performance based equivalent to $50,000+ Qualifications Driver's license and clean driving record US work authorization Complete and pass a non-DOT pre-employment physical and human performance evaluation demonstrating the ability to safely and efficiently perform the requirements of the position Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties: Drive to and from various worksite locations Use a ladder, up to 40 ft extended, including but not limited to climbing up and down, working from, and stepping off the ladder to and from roofs or other platforms, within the manufacturer's guidelines Lift and carry up to 75 lbs. Access and perform work on all areas of a structure including but not limited to crawl spaces, confined spaces, roof tops, attics, etc. Work at heights, in attics, on rooftops, and in other confined spaces for extended periods of time Work outdoors in various weather conditions Are you passionate about problem-solving, thrive in dynamic environments, and enjoy connecting with people? Position Summary The Outside Sales Representative

•Nuisance Wildlife Control is responsible for driving revenue by engaging potential clients, understanding their nuisance wildlife and pest control needs, and offering tailored solutions. This role involves extensive customer interaction, both in-person and over the phone. You'll be responsible for educating customers on nuisance wildlife and pest control options, developing strong relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and customer service, with a passion for nuisance wildlife and pest control and the ability to convey the value of our services to both residential and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and engage potential clients in need of nuisance wildlife and pest control services Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to identify nuisance wildlife and pest issues and propose solutions Using consultative sales techniques, present and explain nuisance wildlife and pest control plans, service offerings, and explain exclusion techniques to clients Develop strong relationships with clients, focusing on long-term satisfaction and ongoing service needs Demonstrate flexibility and take ownership of client issues, resolving problems directly whenever possible before escalating to another department Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, while maintaining a customer-centric approach Generate proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively Collaborate with our field technicians to ensure customer solutions are executed properly Stay informed about the latest industry trends, products, and regulations related to nuisance wildlife and pest control. Use CRM systems to track leads, sales, and follow-ups Attend trade shows, networking events, and other marketing opportunities to promote our services Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in a nuisance wildlife control, pest control, or home services environment Strong communication (proficient in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license and clean driving record U.S. work authorization Excellent knowledge of MS office preferred Preferred Experience Previous professional (not hobby) experience in nuisance wildlife control, pest control, or related services Knowledge of local nuisance wildlife species, control techniques, and exclusion methods 2 years' experience in exteriors construction, including roofing, siding, and structural repairs Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools Demonstrated success in closing sales and exceeding targets We Offer Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Company cell phone or monthly stipend Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Uniforms provided by Company Paid time off (vacation and sick leave) Ongoing training and career development opportunities At Whitmore Pest and Wildlife Control, we believe in supporting our team.
