What You Will Own Inside Sales & Customer Relationships
- Serve as a primary contact for customers by phone and email.
- Listen for customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment, parts, and solutions.
- Prepare quotes, process customer orders, and follow up consistently on opportunities.
- Communicate with manufacturers and vendors about availability, pricing, and lead times.
- Build product knowledge across commercial pools, wastewater, water treatment, and related equipment markets. Marketing & Business Development
- Assist with LinkedIn, email marketing, customer communications, and basic marketing initiatives.
- Help promote company products, services, projects, and industry expertise.
- Support trade shows, industry events, and other business development activities as needed.
- Look for practical ways to increase brand awareness and reach new customers. Office & Order Support
- Receive, process, track, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
- Coordinate shipments, prepare shipping documentation, and help organize incoming products.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records and support general office needs.

- Some sales experience is required, preferably in inside sales, customer service, B2B sales, or a related field.
- A highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and the right attitude may be considered in place of traditional sales experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, email, LinkedIn, social media, email marketing, or digital marketing tools is helpful.
- Experience in pool, wastewater, water treatment, plumbing, mechanical, or industrial equipment industries is a plus, but not required.
