Must have Sales Experience and 2 years Management experience Assistant Manager - - Seeking a positive, high performing/Sales driven who is interested in working in a service environment. An Assistant Manager works together with the GM and leads a team of employees in providing legendary customer service. They provide leadership and a positive personality and must have a strong work ethic. This is an equal opportunity employer . Responsibilities for the Assistant General Manager includes : Overseeing and managing daily operations of the location, ensuring that excellent service is consistently delivered to members and guests. Leader in setting and achieving membership, retail sales and partnering with franchise owner to regularly monitor progress against goals. Sales training g, monitoring, and coaching the performance of front desk associates. Establishing and monitoring front desk work schedules. .
Qualified candidates will:
Education, Skills and Training:
Basic math and cash handling experience, phone and computer skills. Customer service, sales and management experience required. Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork preferred. Possess the ability to identify and solve problems, set goals and expectations, delegate responsibilities, and effectively interact with and lead employees Exhibit proficiency in establishing membership and rnterpreting progress and trends in sales reports. Communications and Personal Interactions Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, and owners. Possess excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate, influence and inspire staff and develop a strong team culture. Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks Must work cohesively with others in a fun and fast pace environment. Maintain client confidentiality. •This position is for full-time applicants only. Night and weekend availability is required.•
