The role includes prospecting, account management, quoting, negotiating, order entry, sales reporting, and occasional travel to customers and industry events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, customer visits, trade shows, and sales campaigns. Manage and grow assigned accounts by understanding their business, identifying opportunities, and expanding product and program sales. Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through quoting, negotiation, and close. Prepare quotes, proposals, product recommendations, and sales presentations. Enter customer orders accurately and maintain current account, contact, pricing, and sales records. Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and account updates. Use company reporting tools to evaluate account performance and prioritize sales activity. Work with Marketing and other departments to execute sales campaigns and communicate account requirements. Represent Estes at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. Meet assigned revenue, margin, new-business, and account-growth goals. Qualifications Three to five years of sales, account management, or business-development experience. Demonstrated success developing new business and growing existing accounts. Experience with outbound prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing sales. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, orders, and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability and willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling physical products in manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, retail, or education markets. Experience managing an assigned account portfolio or sales territory. Experience with ERP and CRM systems. Experience with customer purchasing portals. Power BI experience is a plus. Performance Measures Performance will be evaluated based on revenue and margin results, new business generated, growth within assigned accounts, pipeline development, sales activity, forecast accuracy, and order-entry accuracy. Work Requirements The position requires regular use of a computer, phone, email, and video conferencing. Some travel to customer locations, trade shows, and industry events is required.
