Commission-based; earnings depend on sales performance About Peak Exterior Services Peak Exterior Services helps homeowners and businesses keep their properties clean, well-maintained, and looking their best. We provide window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning throughout Southern Colorado. We're looking for friendly, motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to introduce our services to local residents, understand what they need, and help them schedule an estimate or service. This is a commission-only position What you'll do Visit homes in assigned neighborhoods and introduce Peak Exterior Services. Start friendly, professional conversations with homeowners about exterior cleaning and maintenance. Ask questions to understand the customer's needs and recommend relevant services. Provide basic service information and help customers request or schedule an estimate. Record leads, customer details, and follow-up notes accurately in our CRM. Follow up with interested homeowners when appropriate. Represent the company professionally and respectfully in the community. Work toward individual activity and sales goals. What we're looking for Comfortable starting conversations with people you haven't met. Strong communication and listening skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work outdoors. Professional, courteous, and persistent without being pushy. Able to walk neighborhoods for several hours at a time. Comfortable using a smartphone to enter lead information and track activity. Sales, canvassing, fundraising, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required. We're willing to train the right person. Compensation and schedule

Commission:

20% Pay frequency: Paid as soon as payment from the client is recieved Flexible scheduling may be available, with daytime and early evening shifts depending on the neighborhood and season.
