Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative About True View Windows and Glass True View Windows and Glass ("True View") was founded in 2000 in Phoenix, Arizona and has become a locally owned leader in window replacement and glass services for both residential and commercial customers. True View has expanded into Colorado, and is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer service Representative for our Denver area location We are looking to accelerate its growth in both existing and new markets. About the Position True View is seeking an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative for our growing service teams in Denver, Colorado. The primary focus of this position is sales . The ideal candidate is someone who is motivated by results, enjoys building relationships, and is confident taking a customer from an initial inquiry through the sales process. This person will be responsible for generating and closing sales, following up on open quotes and leads, developing existing accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow the business. Along with sales, this position will handle the day-to-day customer service and project support necessary to provide a great customer experience. You'll work with homeowners, property managers, commercial clients, vendors, field teams, and internal departments while managing multiple projects and customer relationships. The right person is driven, proactive, organized, confident, and comfortable asking for the sale. We want someone who doesn't wait for business to come to them—they follow up, build relationships, solve problems, and look for opportunities to turn conversations into sales. Experienced in the window and glass and glazing industries is a plus. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our service department at True View. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail are a must. Pay DOE Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers and account clients.
  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, web leads, and other sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate True View products and services.
  • Prepare and present accurate quotes.
  • Consistently follow up on open quotes and leads and ask for the sale.
  • Handle customer questions and objections throughout the sales process.
  • Monitor assigned accounts and identify opportunities for repeat business, additional services, and account growth.
  • Work toward individual and team sales and conversion goals.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and continually develop sales skills.
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent True View and generate business.
  • Occasionally visit customers or client properties in person to strengthen relationships, address concerns, or support sales opportunities. Customer & Project Support
  • Provide professional, responsive customer service from the initial inquiry through project completion.
  • Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide updates, obtain approvals, signatures, deposits, and payments.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer and project information in True View's CRM/i360 and various client-specific CRM and work-order platforms.
  • Coordinate information between customers, vendors, field teams, purchasing, and management to keep projects moving.
  • Obtain specialized pricing, product information, and quotes from vendors and manufacturers.
  • Follow up with vendors regarding pricing, availability, lead times, and warranty issues.
  • Handle customer concerns and work with the appropriate teams to find solutions.
  • Maintain accurate project notes, documentation, status updates, and customer communications.
  • Assist walk-in customers and with other office responsibilities as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing sales and customer service training. Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of customer service experience and/or inside sales experience.
  • A proven ability to build relationships and turn customer conversations into sales.
  • Someone who is comfortable asking for the sale, following up, and handling objections.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Must be self-motivated , proactive and driven to achieve goals.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, accounts, quotes, and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in difficult situations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy. Experience using Outlook, Word, Excel, and various Microsoft platforms.
  • Glass, window, construction, property management, or home-service experience preferred.
  • Experience with i360, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable representing True View at trade shows, industry events, and occasional client visits.

  • Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
