We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Front Desk Hyper Wellness Representative to join our team. As the first face our clients see, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, educating guests on our cutting-edge wellness modalities, and driving membership and service sales.

Key Responsibilities Client Experience:

Greet clients, manage check-ins, answer phones, and maintain a clean, high-energy, and professional studio environment.

Sales & Education:

Introduce clients to our suite of Hyper Wellness services (cryotherapy, IV drip therapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, compression, and more), guide them toward the best solutions for their goals, and convert single visits into memberships.

Modalities Administration:

Safely assist clients into and out of modalities in accordance with health and safety protocols.

Account Management:

Schedule appointments, handle billing and point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and manage member profiles.

Requirements & Qualifications Availability:

Part-time position requiring 18-32 hours per week , including mandatory weekend availability (Saturdays and/or Sundays).

Sales Drive:

Prior experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or wellness front desk roles is highly preferred.

Communication:

Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills with a genuine passion for health and wellness.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable operating scheduling software, POS platforms, and basic office systems.

Dependability:

Punctual, proactive, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
