Kimball Electronics is a growing distributor of electronic/electro-mechanical components and value add services to a variety of end users. We are looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help further develop the Colorado market.

Position Overview:

Working under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing our presence in the Colorado market. This position requires a self-starter with strong technical sales skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow sales in the Colorado(primarily Front Range) market. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with a broad range of customers. Collaborate with inside sales, product management, and suppliers to support customer needs. Maintain a solid understanding of the electronic component industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. Meet and exceed assigned sales goals.

Qualifications:

5+ years of outside sales experience in electronic components, distribution, or related technology field. Strong knowledge of passive components and related items. Proven ability to prospect, negotiate, and close deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with the inside sales team. Familiarity with the Phoenix area market is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field is preferred. Basic computer skills.
