Job Description
Responsibilities Include:
Welcome customers and build strong relationships through exceptional service Conduct vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate key features, technology, and safety systems Assess customer needs and recommend suitable new and pre-owned vehicles Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle performance and capabilities Guide customers through the purchase and delivery process Follow up with prospects and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business Maintain knowledge of current inventory, manufacturer incentives, financing options, and market trends Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and customer communications Work collaboratively with sales management, finance, and service teams to exceed customer expectations What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-based environment Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships Basic computer and technology skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Availability to work evenings, Saturdays, and other scheduled dealership hours Why Join Crowley CDJR?
