Job Description

We bring communications-focused customer acquisition and sales solutions to nationally recognized brands like AT&T. Based in Stamford, CT, our team is focused on growth, performance, and building strong connections between our clients and the communities they serve through strategic sales initiatives. We're seeking a motivated, people-focused AT&T Account Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment. In this role, you'll connect with customers, explain services, identify their needs, and guide them through enrollment while delivering a high-quality sales experience.
AT&T Account Associate Key Responsibilities:
Present and promote AT&T's telecommunications products and services to prospective residential customers through direct sales interactions Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored sales solutions that enhance their experience Assist eligible customers with enrollment, process sales orders, and support account setup using secure systems Collaborate with experienced team members to develop effective outreach and sales strategies Participate in daily team meetings focused on product knowledge, performance metrics, and sales strategy Maintain accurate customer records while adhering to company policies and compliance standards within a sales setting What We're Looking For in an
